Registration Fees: A registration is invalid without payment. Full payment for registration is due by the start of the conference. Written cancellations must be received 30 days before the conference start date. The reason for cancellation is required in the notice. Cancellations are not in effect until the Mississippi PIIP Association receives the notice in writing by email or mail. The date the cancellation is received will be the official cancellation date. Failure to show up for the conference without a 30-day written notice will result in forfeiture of the registration fee(s).
